community providing a safe recreational space in a growing part of Wexford town that allows children and adults to play the game of Football as part of a vibrant and welcoming club. Once our clubhouse is developed we will be able to offer more services to people in the area such as function rooms and eventually a walking track over time. We will keep you informed on developments as they happen.Every year we try and give back to our community in some small way and last year we were absolutely delighted to arrange a fundraiser for Wexford Special Olympics Club in honour of our Special Olympian, Jenna Carty, who represented Ireland in the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin last year winning a gold medal in the Basketball. A few weeks before she flew out to Berlin we arranged a special ticket only fundraising event in Sinnott’s Bar with food, drink, entertainment and a big raffle which resulted in us presenting a cheque for almost €3,500 to Wexford Special Olympics Club.
